on holding the International Marathon of Friendship "Druskininkai-Grodno" in 2018

 

1. Goals and objectives:
International Marathon of Friendship Druskininkai (Lithuania)-Grodno (Belarus) (hereinafter referred to as the Marathon) is held in order to strengthen friendly relations between the nations of Belarus and Lithuania, to improve business and partnership relations between organizations and institutions of the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Belarus, to popularize and develop the race as one of the most promising and accessible forms of exercise.

Tasks of the Marathon:

• development of mass physical culture and sports movement, in particular, running;
• strengthening of friendship and mutual understanding between people in the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Belarus, friendly relations between youth, runners, veterans of physical culture and sports of both states;
• strengthening the links between the institutions and agencies of Belarus and Lithuania, developing interregional links and integration;
• propaganda of running, physical culture and sports as a means of physical, moral and spiritual education;
• promotion of the social values ​​of a healthy lifestyle;
• improving the sports skills of the leading athletes of Belarus and Lithuania;
• improving the image of the state of the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Belarus, the city of Grodno and the resort town of Druskininkai as places of significant international sports competitions.

2. Management and organizational structure:
The organizational structure of the International Friendship Marathon includes: partners, organizers, an organizing committee, a panel of judges.

2.1. Partners:
- Ministry of Sport and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus;
- Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Lithuania;
- Belarussian Border Control;
- Lithuanian Border Control;
- Grodno Regional Customs;
- Lithuanian customs.

2.2. Organizers:
The organizers of the Marathon are:
• National Olympic Committees of the Republic of Belarus and Lithuania;
• The Athletics Federation of Belarus and Lithuania;
• Grodno Regional Executive Committee;
• Grodno City Executive Committee;
• Self-government of Druskininkai;
• Administration of Sports and Tourism of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee;
• Grodno Regional Organization of the Belarusian Federation of Athletics;
• Grodno Regional Executive Committee;
• Public institution "Sportbalt" (Lithuania).
• Public Association "Sport club Run4Fun"

The main task of the organizers is to ensure successful preparation and holding of the event. To this end, the organizers form the organizing committee, distribute the responsibility of the activities among the organizers themselves, approve the Friendship Marathon program, approve the composition of the jury, approve the estimate of the event, direct the preparation and conduct of the event.

2.3. Organising Committee:
The organizational committee consists of managers and specialists representing the following organizations:
The Ministry of Sport and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Lithuania, the National Olympic Committees of the Republic of Belarus and Lithuania, the Athletics Federation of Belarus and Lithuania, the Grodno Regional Executive Committee, the Sports and Tourism Department of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee, the Grodno Regional Organization of the Belarusian Federation of Athletics ", Grodno city executive committee, Grodno regional executive committee, municipal government of Druskininkai, public institution Sportbalt" (Lithuania), Public Association "Sport Club Ran4Fun" Grodno border control group, Lithuania border control group; Grodno regional customs, Lithuania customs.
The main task of the organizing committee is to ensure coordination of actions for the preparation and successful conduct of the marathon.

The coordinators of the marathon are:

- Sports and Tourism Department of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee and Grodno Regional Organization of the Belarusian Federation of Athletics Federation (from the side of the Republic of Belarus);
- The municipal government of Druskininkai and the public institution Sportbalt (Lithuania) (from the Republic of Lithuania).

2.4. Distribution of responsibilities among members of the organizing committee:
The Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Lithuania, the National Olympic Committees of the Republic of Belarus and Lithuania, the Grodno Regional Executive Committee, the Sports and Tourism Department of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee perform the coordinating function between state institutions, promote the project in the media, sponsors.
The athletics federations of the Republic of Belarus and Lithuania are engaged in the promotion of the project in the athletics federations of Europe and the countries of the world, fulfill the coordinating function between the relevant state institutions.
The Grodno City Executive Committee, the Grodno District Executive Committee and the municipal government of Druskininkai approve and coordinate the running track of the marathon, restrict or completely stop traffic in the streets where the marathon takes place. Using special services, they ensure the safety of the route and medical assistance during the run. The given organizations provide carrying out of a concert and cultural-entertaining program of a marathon, provide work of nutritious items of service of participants of a marathon on 5, 10, 15, 18, 20, 23, 25, 28, 30, 33, 35, 38, 40 kilometers, finish (42 km 195m) and the work of biotoilets at 20, 30 kilometers distance of the marathon. Provide participants with promotional polygraphic materials about Grodno, Druskininkai, Grodno region. Attract budget and other sports organizations of these cities to participate in the preparation and conduct of the event, discuss other issues related to the organization of the marathon.
The Grodno city executive committee and the municipal government of Druskininkai pay for the costs of posting information about the marathon on banners and billboards in Grodno and Druskininkai.
The National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus establishes three prizes for awarding winners (1-3 place) of the marathon in the absolute superiority among men and the cup for rewarding the team for 1 place in team competitions.
The National Olympic Committee of Lithuania establishes three prizes for awarding winners (1-3 place) of the marathon in the absolute championship among women and a cup for the awarding in the nomination "The most numerous team".
Public institution Sportbalt (Lithuania) together with the Sports and Tourism Department of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee on the basis of the rules of the athletics competitions and the requirements of the association of runners on the highway finance and organize the measurement, certification of the route and technically prepare it for the competition. In order to popularize the marathon and attract more participants, both of the above organizations are promoting the event, organizing public relations companies in both countries. Responsible for making and issuing starting numbers, advertising material, making medals and branded T-shirts with the Friendship Marathon symbols for participants and persons serving this event, register participants, provide marathon and carry out the main expenses for the marathon (transportation costs, prizes and souvenirs, medical services, payment for the work and meals of judges, payment of meals for participants, accommodation of out-of-town judges and invited participants, printing and advertising expenses, payment for the work of maintenance personnel, etc.).
Grodno border group, Grodno regional customs together with the Lithuanian border and customs services carry out border and customs control and pass through the state border of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania marathon participants.
In order to ensure unimpeded crossing of the borders of both states by marathon participants and attendants, the organizers of the marathon undertake:
The Sports and Tourism Department of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee (the Republic of Belarus) provides the Grodno Border Group with a list of marathon participants (in the prescribed format) no later than 21.00 hours (Belorussian time) the day before the marathon;
The public institution "Sportbalt" (the Republic of Lithuania) provides the  Border Control Service of the State Border Guard Service at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania to the list of participants of the marathon (according to the established form) no later than 21.00 hours (Lithuanian time) the day before the marathon.
In addition, the organizers of the marathon provide lists of judges, organizers and maintenance personnel, as well as a list of vehicles crossing the state border, (in the established form) in the above-mentioned time frames.
The list of vehicles servicing the marathon and crossing the state border shall indicate the vehicle's mark, state number, insurance policy number on compulsory civil liability and its validity.
The participants' passports with the Lithuanian and Belarusian visas valid for the marathon are provided to the border guard services of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania no later than 1 hour before the crossing of the state border by the first participant of the marathon. To the covers of the passport of the participants of the marathon, temporary stickers with the start number of the participant of the marathon are pasted.
The public institution "Sportbalt" (the Republic of Lithuania) no later than 21.00 (Lithuania time) on the day before the marathon gives the Border Control a guarantee letter on ensuring the conditions of stay of non-EU citizens in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania who are participants and organizers of the marathon citizens, the purpose of arrival, the time of stay, the name of the host organization and the guarantee that the arriving persons will have sufficient funds for the duration of their stay in Lithuania and return to the country of which he is a citizen).
The board of judges conducts testing of the route, conducts a marathon in accordance with the provisions of this provision and the current rules for athletics.

3. Terms and venue:
The International Marathon of Friendship is held in 2018 in the following terms:
July 15, 2018 (Sunday), start will be given at 8.00 clock local time in Druskininkai (the Republic of Lithuania), finish in Grodno (Republic of Belarus). Registration of participants will be on July 14, 2018 (Saturday) from 12.00 to 20.00 local time in Druskininkai (the Republic of Lithuania) at the address: Vilnius Aleya 24.
Marathon dystance of 42 km 195 m starts from Druskeninkai, passes border states control point Raigardas – Privalka, goes on hihgway P-42, by villages Gozha, Zaritsa, Grandichi, by Grandzichskay and Gorkogo streets in Grodno. Marathon track is measured and officially certified by International Fedaration of Track and Field.
Marathon track goes on hihgway with asphalt covering. Track is marked with indication of every kilometer and of a dystance of half – maraton (21,1 km). For the security purposes every participant of the race has to pay attention to the coomands and recomendations ot the marathon officials.

4. Participants:
To participate in the International Marathon of Friendship is open to all persons 18 years of age (18 years old participant must be fulfilled in the year of the marathon), having experience in running races at distances of at least 10 km (within the last two years before the date of the marathon) who have valid documents (visas) for entry to the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Lithuania and (or) exit from the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Lithuania, filling out the participant's card that paid the entry fee, submitted a medical certificate of admission marathon and sign that they themselves are responsible for their own health.
All participants of the marathon participate in the marathon of their own free will, aware of all the risks associated with participation in the marathon, and they undertake not to present to the organizers of the marathon any claims related to this. Each participant, registering, agrees that all photos taken during the marathon and films shot on the film can be used by the organizers for advertising purposes without any separate consent.
The runners must obtain a passport with a valid visa for entry to the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Lithuania and (or) departure from the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania. Marathon participants who are not citizens of the European Union confirm their personal signature that the main purpose of his arrival in the Republic of Lithuania is to participate in the marathon, and undertake to have sufficient funds to stay in Lithuania and return to the country, which they are citizens.

Participants of the marathon compete in the following age groups:

5. Terms and conditions.

5.1 Distance and time limit:

The distance of the marathon is 42 kilometers 195 meters. The time limit of the marathon is 6 hours. On the day of the competition, the electronic time reference system is activated at 8.00 clock local time during the start and turns off after six hours. At the end of this time period, the results of the participants are not recorded.

5.2. Check in:
All participants are required to register on the official website of the International Friendship Marathon - www.drauqystesmaratonas.lt Electronic registration system will be disabled three days before the start of the Marathon. The date of registration of the marathon participants will be announced additionally on the official website of the International Friendship Marathon - www.drauqystesmaratonas.lt and the websites of the organizers and partners of the marathon.
By registering on the above-mentioned website, the participant is obliged to fill out all fields of the registration form in Latin script in strict compliance with the passport. In the case of not filling one of the fields, the participant is not considered registered. Data provided by participants during registration can be used by organizers only to conduct a marathon, including for solving technical issues on crossing the state border and being on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania.
After registration, the participant is obligated to pay a start fee in the established amount within seven days. After payment of the entry fee and the correct completion of the registration form on the website, the participant is considered registered.
In case of failure to pay the entry fee within seven days after registration on the official website of the marathon, the participant is excluded from the lists of registered marathons and is not allowed to participate in the marathon. The participant has the right to register by repeatedly and strictly following the above procedures.
On the official website of the International Friendship Marathon - www.drauqystesmaratonas.lt a list of registered participants will be posted.
The organizers of the marathon set a limit (quota) for participation in the marathon. In 2018  at the start can go no more than 500 athletes. At the end of the quota, registration of participants is terminated.
By registering, the participants of the marathon agree with the conditions of the provision for holding the International Friendship Marathon.
Athletes with high personal results (2.20 and faster in men, 2.40 and faster in women) can receive a discount on accommodation and payment of the entry fee. These athletes must  sent before May 31 to the email: grodnooblsport1@mail.ru information about theire interest  to participate in the marathon with a description of personal data and results.

5.3. Entry fee:
A participant who correctly completed the registration form on the official website of the International Friendship Marathon - www.drauqystesmaratonas.lt is obliged to pay a registration fee within seven days.

The entry fee is paid in the following amount:
until February 28 - 20 euros.
March 1 - May 31 - 25 euros.
June 1 - June 30 - EUR 30.
July 1 - July 10 - 35 euros.

Belarusian participants of the marathon can pay an entry fee in any savings bank of Belarus to the account of the Grodno regional organization of the Public Association "Belarusian Athletics Federation" (BY25 AKBB 3015 0000 1317 7400 0000, branch 400 Belarusbank, BIK AKVVVY21400, UNN 590375014 Grodno regional organization public association "Belarusian Athletics Federation", 230023, Grodno, street Ozheshko, 19) with a note "International Marathon of Friendship". If a participant refuses to participate in the competition, the participation fee is not refundable.

Entry fee includes:

• Starter pack: start number, official T-shirt with marathon logo, pins, badge of participant, sticker for bag and passport, ticket for free lunch, information materials, advertising and commemorative products;
• electronic chip (reusable);
• a commemorative medal for the finishers at the marathon;
• refreshing drinks and meals at the food points every 5 km at the distance of the marathon, as well as at the finish;
• medical assistance throughout the event;
• locker rooms, toilets and showers in the specified places
• a personal certificate and a finishing protocol can be downloaded from the marathon website;
• photos and videos from the event will be available on the official website of the marathon and on partner sites.

5.4. Issuance of starting materials and registration the day before the start:
Participants must personally arrive the day before the start of the marathon (July 14, 2018 in Druskininkai (the Republic of Lithuania) from 12.00 to 20.00 local time and to register at which will be issued Starting packages (starting number, official t-shirt of the marathon, pins, badge of the participant, promotional items, etc.) Participants can be registered by registering on the official website of the International Friendship Marathon - www.drauqystesmaratonas.lt and paying the entry fee .
To be registered, only the participants of the marathon themselves are allowed, other trusted persons will not be allowed to register.
Registration of participants will take place:
July 14, 2018 in Druskininkai (the Republic of Lithuania), Vilnius Aleya, 24
Participants who fail to register at the above time will not be allowed to participate in the marathon.
On the day of the marathon, registration is not carried out.

At registration, participants must have:

• a passport with a visa valid for the marathon for entry and exit to the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania;
• international health insurance;
• a receipt for payment of the entry fee;
• a medical certificate of the medical and preventive medical institution about the state of health and a mark of admission to participate in the marathon.

Upon arrival at the registration, the participant fills in the participant's card, in which he signs that he is personally responsible for his state of health during the marathon.

During the registration, the medical service, representatives of the border and customs services, the insurance company will work, which, if necessary, may require additional documents and will provide consulting assistance.

5.5. Start number:
Participants are allowed to start only with the start number of the International Friendship Marathon. The starting number should be fixed on the chest, it should be visible throughout the competition. The starting number is personal. Only a participant registered under this number can participate in a specific starting number. Participants are prohibited from kinking, cutting and modifying the starting number.

5.6. Timing:
The timing of the marathon is carried out with the help of an electronic chip (chip), if more than 300 participants will start. Chip should be for all participants. The chip is issued along with the starting materials. The chip should be attached to the shoe using a clamp or around the leg with a Velcro (no higher than 30 cm from the ground). If this requirement is not met or if it is incorrectly executed, the participant's time will not be recorded and the results of these participants will not be included in the final protocol of the competition.
The participant needs to run through all the time control points, otherwise his result will not get into the final protocols and he will be considered to have descended from the distance.
After the finish, the chip should be returned to the organizers. For non-return of the chip and its loss through the fault of the participant, the organizers have the right to fine the participant for a sum of 35 EUR.

5.7. Start:
Participants are required to arrive at the launch site on the day of the marathon from 6.30 to 7.20 hours (local time) for border and customs control. The place established by the organizers is a temporary customs and border zone, the exit of the border and customs control without accompanying border and customs services is prohibited. There are dressing rooms and toilets in this zone, you can warm up.

When passing through border and customs control, participants must have:

• a passport with a visa valid for the marathon for entry and exit to the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania;
• international health insurance;
• a medical certificate of the medical and preventive medical institution about the state of health and the mark of admission to the marathon;
• participant badge;
• starting number;
• personal belongings.

After passing the border control, participants pass their passports to the representatives of the border guard service, passports are returned to the participants only at the finish after passing the border control by the relevant institutions.

After passing the customs control, the personal belongings of the participants are sealed and handed over in the presence of a representative of the customs service to the bus. After that, access to the personal belongings of the participants will be banned until the customs authorities pass the relevant institutions and will be issued at the finish.
Participants are required to pass border and customs control from 6.30 to 7.40 hours. local time on the day of the start.
At 7.50 hours. all marathon participants in sports competition form with start numbers conduct additional registration and exit at the start in the presence of representatives of border, customs services and the organizing committee. From the moment of exit to the start (7.50 hours) before the start (8.00 o'clock) the participants have no right to leave the starting line.
At 8.00 hours. a start will be given.

5.8. Requirements, restrictions and penalties:
Participants of the Marathon and members of the support team are not allowed to use various means of transportation on wheels (bicycles, rollers, etc.), personal escort, truant dogs. Participants of the marathon are strictly prohibited from deviating from the race track without the permission of the judges. Violating the above rules, the participant is disqualified.
In the event that a participant of the Marathon is out of the race, he must warn the judges and organizers at the nearest picket, wait and necessarily go to the bus that follows the last participant. The descended participants do not have the right to leave the track on their own, but are obliged to cross the border in a bus, as they are obliged to pass border and customs control.
Participants of the Marathon should be attentive, since in some sections of the route the traffic of vehicles will be partially blocked. Employees of special services will provide traffic control, but participants should be careful and vigilant.
The organizers have the right to disqualify the participant of the Marathon if he does not observe the rules of the competition, interferes with other participants or in other ways hinders the holding of the competition.

5.9. Pickets, food and biotoilets on the track:
Pickets for 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 21,1 (half marathon), 25, 30, 35, 40 kilometers are located on the route of the marathon and nutritious points for 5, 10, 15, 18, 20, 23, 25, 28 , 30, 33, 35, 38, 40 kilometers away. At nutritious points for participants, drinking non-carbonated water, energy drinks and fruits will be offered. At 20 and 30 km will be installed biotoilets. The marathon will be run by four ambulances with personnel, one of them will be sent for the last participant.

5.10. Finish:
After running through the final alignment, the athlete is awarded a commemorative medal. There he also receives energy drinks.
At the finish of the marathon, participants pass border and customs control and receive passports. If necessary, you can get medical help. Also, participants will be provided with locker rooms and showers.
Participants who became winners of the competitions in the absolute championship (1-6 place) and prize-winners (1-3 place) in age groups among men and women, representatives of the teams that became winners in team competitions (1-3 place) are obliged to receive awards before receiving awards the lists for awarding prizes to the respective representatives of the organizing committee, which will be at the finish. Additionally, the organizers can give special prizes to the participants of the marathon.

6. Determination of winners, rewarding:
All participants who reached the finish during the control time are given medals.
Competitions are held in the personal and team championship. Winners in the personal championship of the marathon are determined for the best time set. Participants who took 1st - 6th place in the absolute championship separately from men and women are awarded with diplomas and money prizes.
Participants who took 1-3 places in age groups are awarded with valuable or monetary prizes and diplomas. Participants who are awarded in the absolute championship (1-6 place), in age groups are not awarded.
In addition, the organizing committee can be set up special prizes, the number and composition of the awarded is determined by the organizing committee of the marathon.
Information on the amount of cash prizes in the absolute championship and in age groups will be available on the official website of the marathon not later than 20 days before the start of the marathon.
In the team championship the winners are determined by the sum of the results of the three best team members (two results for men and one best result for women). The composition of the team is not limited. The team that takes the first place in the team competition is awarded with a cup, and the three best (credited) members of the winning team are awarded prizes. The teams that took 2nd and 3rd place are awarded cups.
The team of the club, which was represented by the most massive team (by the number of finished participants) is awarded with the cup in the nomination "The most numerous team".
Rewarding of the winners and winners of the marathon will start from 13.00 (rewarding in the absolute championship) and will continue until 4 pm local time.

7. Financing terms:
By mutual agreement, the organizers of the International Friendship Marathon, if possible, financially join the budget of this project, produce the following financial costs:
The Grodno Oblast Executive Committee covers the costs of accompanying and securing the participants of the Marathon during the movement in the Grodno region.
The National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus establishes three prizes for awarding winners (1-3 place) of the marathon in the absolute championship among men and a cup for rewarding the team for 1 place in team competitions.
The National Olympic Committee of Lithuania establishes three prizes for awarding the winners (1-3 place) of the marathon in the absolute championship among women and the cup for the awarding in the nomination "The most numerous team".
The Grodno city executive committee finances the rental of biotoilets, escorts and security for the participants of the Marathon during the movement in Grodno, the organization of the opening ceremony (closing) and the concert, promotional products about Grodno, pays for the placement of two billboards and two banners about the marathon on streets of Grodno, provides work of food points in the territory of Grodno.
The Grodno District Executive Committee finances the rental of biotoilets, medical supplies, escort and safety of the Marathon participants during the movement along the Grodno region, advertising products about the Grodno region, and provides food points in the Grodno region.
The municipal government of Druskininkai finances the publication of an information publication about Druskininkai, maintenance of public order, a concert and entertainment program, pays for the costs of placing two billboards and two banners about the marathon in the streets of Druskininkai.
Public institution "Sportbalt" covers the costs associated with the functioning of the official website of the marathon, on the nutrition of participants (lunch on July 14, 2019), the placement of advertising posters in the city of Druskininkai, the rental of biotoilets, the rent of ambulances, the organization of a gala concert, energy drinks, production of medals for participants, diplomas and printing costs, partially forms a prize fund, finances transportation services.
The Sports and Tourism Department of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee covers the costs of feeding and paying for the judiciary board, accommodation of out-of-town judges, accommodation and meals for out-of-town athletes (by invitation), meals for participants (lunch July 15, 2018), printing and clerical, medical expenses, personnel, partially forms a prize fund, pays for the production of special prizes, bears expenses for the production of souvenirs, marathon medals, covers maintenance and security expenses Marathon nicknames when driving in the Grodno region, funded transportation and other expenses for the Marathon, according to estimates.
The Grodno Oblast NGO "Belarusian Athletics Federation" is responsible for the costs of feeding and paying for the judiciary board, accommodation of out-of-town judges, accommodation and meals for out-of-town athletes (by invitation), meals for participants (lunch July 15, 2018), printing and clerical, medical expenses , pays the work of the attendants, partially forms a prize fund, pays for the production of special prizes, bears the cost of making souvenirs, marathon medals, finances transportation services and other expenses According to the estimate.

8. Visas of participants and their issuance:
Each participant of the marathon must have a valid passport with a visa for entry and exit to the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania. Organizers of the marathon can assist in the opening of visas. Competent authorities of both countries apply to embassies and consulates of countries to open one-off, free visas for participation in the Friendship Marathon. Organizers do not guarantee the opening of visas, but they will do their best to solve this issue.
Marathon participants who do not have visas for entry and exit to the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania must register on the marathon's website no later than June 1 and apply to the marathon organizing committee for opening visas. Participants who applied after June 1, the organizing committee does not assist in the opening of visas.
Visas are issued at the embassies and consulates of the Republic of Lithuania or the Republic of Belarus. Marathon participants who do not have a visa for entry and exit to the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania independently prepare documents, submit and receive them. Participants bear personal expenses for travel to the place of visa registration and back.
The organizers of the marathon coordinate with the competent authorities of both countries the procedure for issuing visas. Participants must travel independently to embassies and consulates of countries to open one-time visas. Arrangements for the embassies and consulates of the countries will be announced in advance.

9. Accommodation of participants:
Participants who have expressed a desire to stay in the hotels of Druskininkai or Grodno during the marathon are contacted by the Organizing Committee no later than June 15. The Organizing Committee will try to assist in the accommodation of participants in hotels of various classes, possibly upon prior request placing in the gym.

10. Protests:
All claims, participants' protests are presented in writing to the chief judge of the competition not later than 30 minutes. after the expiration of the time limit of the Marathon (6 hours).
For consideration of the claim (protest), the participant of the Marathon is obliged to pay a contribution of 30 euros at the finish in Belarus in Belarusian rubles at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, at the finish in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania at a rate of 30 euros. If the fee is not paid, the claim (protest) is not accepted for consideration.
Claims (protests) are considered by the Appeal Commission, consisting of representatives of the Public Association "Belarusian Athletics Federation", the Lithuanian Athletics Federation and the Chief Judge Marathon.
Claims (protests) are not considered more than one hour.
If the decision is made to satisfy the claim (protest), the paid contribution is returned to the person who filed the claim (protest), otherwise the fee remains with the organizers and is spent for the conduct of the Marathon.

11. Information about the marathon:
Official results and information about the marathon will be posted on the official website of the International Friendship Marathon - www.draugystesmaratonas.lt.
